Terms of Service

Using VidShout

By creating an account or using VidShout you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. By posting it you give VidShout permission to store, show and stream it to the people you share it with, for as long as it's on VidShout. Only post content you have the right to share.

Community rules

• No harassment, hate, threats, or content that sexualizes minors.
• No spam, scams, impersonation or misleading products in the Shop.
• No content that breaks the law or someone else's copyright.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report anything that does.

Channels and the Shop

Channels are approved by the VidShout team. Products in the Shop are sold by their sellers on the sellers' own sites; VidShout only links to them and isn't part of the sale.

The service

VidShout is provided as is. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available. We may change these terms and will tell you on VidShout when we do. See also our Privacy Policy.
